Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Espresso

Brew 2 oz of espresso using your preferred method (espresso machine or stovetop). Set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat the Milk

In a saucepan, gently heat 12 oz of milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Stir occasionally to avoid scorching.

  3. 3

    Froth the Milk

Once heated, use a milk frother or a whisk to froth the milk until it becomes creamy and has a nice foamy texture.

  4. 4

    Mix in the Flavors

Add 1 tbs of vanilla syrup and 1 tsp of sugar to the hot milk and stir until dissolved.

  5. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a large cup, pour in the brewed espresso followed by the flavored milk. Gently stir to combine.

Topping

  1. 6

    Add Whipped Cream

Top the milk-espresso mixture with 2 tbs of whipped cream.

  2. 7

    Garnish

Sprinkle 1 tsp of cocoa powder, 1 tbs of chocolate shavings, and a pinch of cinnamon powder on top of the whipped cream for garnish.
