Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, and sauté until they become soft, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Spread the mixture evenly in the skillet and allow it to cook undisturbed for about 5 minutes. Then, stir and cook for another 5-10 minutes until everything is heated through and slightly crispy.
