Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Start by preparing your ingredients. Ensure the shrimp are peeled and deveined. If your garlic is not roasted, roast it in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 30-40 minutes until soft.

  2. 2

    Heat the Oil and Butter

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter is melted and bubbly.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

  4. 4

    Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, add the roasted garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute. Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer, scraping any bits off the bottom of the pan. Let it reduce for about 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

Return the shrimp to the skillet, add the guindilla peppers and chopped parsley, and toss to coat. Cook for an additional minute to heat through. Serve immediately.
