Start by mincing the roasted garlic and setting aside. Prepare the fava beans by boiling them for about 2-3 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced roasted garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Wine and Shrimp
Pour in the Verdejo wine and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque.

Incorporate Fava Beans and Peppers
Gently stir in the fava beans and sliced guindilla pepper. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
