Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Start by mincing the roasted garlic and setting aside. Prepare the fava beans by boiling them for about 2-3 minutes, then drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced roasted garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add Wine and Shrimp

Pour in the Verdejo wine and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque.

  4. 4

    Incorporate Fava Beans and Peppers

Gently stir in the fava beans and sliced guindilla pepper. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your shrimp sautéed!
