Prepare the Pork Chops
Season the pork chops with Cajun seasoning on both sides.

Fry the Pork Chops
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded pork chops and fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
Roasted Red Potatoes

Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and cut red potatoes into quarters.

Season and Roast
Toss the potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden and tender, stirring halfway through.

Cook the Green Beans
Add the fresh green beans to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for an additional 7-10 minutes until tender. Stir in the chopped bacon before serving.

Pour in the chicken broth and add Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes to blend flavors.
