Crab Cakes

Prepare the Crab Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the fresh crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, chopped parsley, and egg. Mix gently until well combined.

Add Breadcrumbs
Gradually fold in the breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper until the mixture holds together. Be careful not to overmix.

Form the Cakes
Using your hands, form the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter. Place them on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Cook the Crab Cakes
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the crab cakes and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.

Mix Salad Ingredients
In a bowl, combine diced cucumber, sliced red onion, and chopped dill.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.

Prepare the Chili Oil
In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over low heat. Add red chili flakes and minced garlic. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool.
