Deviled Eggs Ingredients

Method

Deviled Eggs Preparation

  1. 1

    Boil the Eggs

Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover the pan and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cool and Peel

Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for about 5 minutes. Once cooled, gently peel the eggs under running water.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Filling

Slice each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, yellow mustard, sweet relish, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

  4. 4

    Add Bacon

Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into the yolk mixture and stir to combine.

  5. 5

    Fill the Eggs

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle with paprika for garnish. Serve chilled.
