Prepare the Cajun Aioli
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Set aside.

Make the Cajun Slaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrot. Add half of the Cajun aioli to the slaw and mix well. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Cook the Tuna
Rub the tuna steaks with olive oil and coat them with Cajun seasoning. Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the tuna for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
