Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 2
Bake the Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
- 3
Coat with Sauce
Remove the chicken from the oven and toss in buffalo sauce until well coated. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow the sauce to set.
- 4
Prepare Celery
While the chicken is baking, wash and cut celery sticks into bite-sized pieces.
- 5
Serve
Serve the buffalo chicken thighs hot with the celery sticks on the side.
