1. Cook the Penne

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Sauce

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the fresh rosemary and red chili flakes, cooking for another 30 seconds.

3. Add Tomatoes and Cream

Add the canned diced tomatoes to the skillet and let simmer for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream, allowing the mixture to heat through.

4. Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked penne to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
