Prepare the Dressing

Make the Thousand Island Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.
Assemble the Reuben

Layer the Ingredients
Take two slices of marble rye bread and spread a generous amount of the Thousand Island dressing on one side of each slice. Layer the corned beef brisket evenly over the dressing on one slice.

Add Sauerkraut and Cheese
Top the corned beef with the sauerkraut and then layer the Swiss cheese on top of the sauerkraut.

Complete the Sandwich
Place the other slice of bread on top, dressing side down, creating a sandwich.
Grill the Reuben

Grill the Sandwich
Place the assembled sandwich in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, until golden brown and the cheese starts to melt.

Flip and Finish Cooking
Carefully flip the sandwich and cook for another 4-5 minutes on the other side until it is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
Serve

Slice and Enjoy
Remove the sandwich from the skillet, slice in half, and serve immediately with extra Thousand Island dressing on the side, if desired.
