Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix gently and form into two equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip them over.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty after flipping, and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Spread ketchup and mustard on the bottom bun, add lettuce, tomato slice, and the cooked patty with melted cheese. Place the top bun on.

Egg Preparation

  1. 6

    Fry the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, crack the eggs into the skillet.

  2. 7

    Cook the Eggs

Cook the eggs to your preference, allowing the whites to set while keeping the yolks runny, which should take about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  3. 8

    Add Eggs to Burger

Once the eggs are cooked, carefully place one sunny-side-up egg on top of each assembled burger for that royal touch.
