Flatbread Preparation

Make the Dough
In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Stir in olive oil, salt, and flour. Mix until a dough forms.

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Grilled Chicken

Season the Chicken
Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove and let rest before slicing.

Roll Out Flatbread
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

Place the assembled flatbread on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
