Preparation Steps

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Shrimp
In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil and Creole seasoning. Grill the shrimp until cooked through and slightly charred, approximately 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside.

Make the Crab Cakes
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, egg, lemon juice, green onions, salt, and black pepper. Form mixture into small patties. Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil and cook crab cakes until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Set aside.

Prepare the Sauce
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine and Serve
In a large serving bowl, toss the cooked penne pasta with the Parmesan house sauce. Top with grilled shrimp and crab cakes. Serve with toast points on the side.
