Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it is hot enough to make crispy chips.

Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch thick) using a mandoline or a sharp knife.

Season the Sweet Potatoes
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Bake the Chips
Spread the sweet potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.

Cool the Chips
Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.

In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mango chutney, lime juice, and chopped cilantro.
