For the Marinated Grilled Shrimp

    Prepare the Marinade

    In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.

    Marinate the Shrimp

    Add the shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    Grill the Shrimp

    Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Skewer the shrimp (if desired) and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque.

For the Salad

    Prepare the Salad Base

    In a large salad bowl, add the mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, and roasted red peppers.

    Add the Cooked Bacon

    Crumble the cooked bacon over the salad.
