Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly. Slice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion and scallions. Slice the black olives in half. Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop it into bite-sized pieces. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.

Assemble the Salad
In a large salad bowl, layer the mixed greens as the base. Arrange the sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, scallions, black olives, bacon pieces, and hard-boiled eggs over the greens. Finally, sprinkle the bleu cheese crumbles on top.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
