Croutons Preparation

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Bread
Cut the French bread into small cubes, about 1 inch in size.

Season Croutons
In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the bread is evenly coated.

Bake Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
Salad Assembly

Prepare Lettuce
While the croutons are baking, wash and dry the Romaine lettuce. Tear or chop it into bite-sized pieces.

Combine Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, combine the torn Romaine lettuce, baked croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Add Dressing
Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad. Start with half a cup and adjust to taste.
