Cooking Instructions
- 1
Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and keep warm.
- 2
Prepare the Marsala Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- 3
Add Wine and Broth
Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Allow it to cook for about 10 minutes, or until the sauce has reduced slightly.
- 4
Serve
Place the grilled chicken on a plate and spoon the mushroom Marsala sauce over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
