1. Prepare the Spinach Mixture
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in cream cheese until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Assemble the Flatbreads
On each piece of flatbread, spread the creamy spinach mixture evenly. Top with shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
3. Bake
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the assembled flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
4. Serve
Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve warm.
