Preparation of Chicken

1. Season and Grill the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from heat and set aside.

2. Make the Marsala Sauce

In the same pan, add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until they are browned. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute. Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and let it reduce for about 10 minutes. Stir in butter and parsley before serving.

3. Prepare the Mashed Potatoes

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot. Add butter, minced garlic, milk, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
