Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Scallops and Oysters

Rinse the scallops and oysters under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

  2. 2

    Make the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix together lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

  3. 3

    Marinate the Seafood

Place the scallops in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 20 minutes. Do the same with the oysters in a separate dish.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Plate the Dish

On a serving platter, arrange the marinated scallops and oysters. Scatter the fennel fronds, chervil, and dill over the seafood.

  2. 5

    Serve Chilled

Cover the platter with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy your chilled scallops with a fresh herb garnish.
