Cocktail Preparation

    Prepare the Pear

    Peel and core the pear, then cut it into small cubes.

    In a cocktail shaker, add the pear cubes, grated ginger, and fresh sage leaves. Muddle them together gently to release their flavors.

    Pour in the blanco tequila, Cointreau, and fresh lime juice into the shaker.
