Bruschetta

Prepare the Baguette
Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.

Toast the Bread
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until lightly golden.

Assemble the Bruschetta
Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices and serve immediately.
Stuffed Mushrooms

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Mushrooms
Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Finely chop the stems and set aside.

Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, chopped mushroom stems, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, bread crumbs, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Stuff the Mushrooms
Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the Mushrooms
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Caprese Skewers

Prepare the Skewers
On each skewer, thread a cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball. Repeat until all ingredients are used.

Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze
Arrange the skewers on a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the Caprese skewers immediately as a fresh and vibrant starter.
