Cut the polyester mesh fabric into a shape that will form the back panels of the cap. You will need two pieces, each approximately 10 inches by 4 inches.

Cut the cap visor board into a curve that fits the front of the cap. The standard size is about 11 inches in length and 4 inches in width at the center.
