Brewing Instructions

Mashing
Add the pale malt and caramel malt to 20 liters of heated water (around 65°C) and let it steep for 60 minutes.

Boiling
After mashing, remove the grains and bring the liquid to a boil. Add Cascade hops and boil for 30 minutes.

Final Hops Addition
Add Citra hops and boil for an additional 10 minutes.

Cooling
Cool the wort rapidly to about 20°C using a wort chiller.

Fermentation
Transfer the cooled wort to a sanitized fermentation vessel, pitch the yeast, and seal with an airlock. Ferment for about 1-2 weeks at room temperature.

Bottling
Once fermentation is complete, bottle the beer with a small amount of sugar to carbonate. Let it carbonate for another 1-2 weeks.
