Prepare the Ingredients
Rinse the cherry tomatoes under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

Assemble the Appetizer
In a serving platter, alternate placing fresh mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes. Tuck fresh basil leaves between them for added flavor and decoration.

Drizzle & Season
Drizzle the balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil over the mozzarella and tomatoes. Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly on top.
