Chop the Vegetables
Wash and chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Ensure that the broccoli florets, zucchini, and bell pepper are sliced evenly for uniform cooking.

Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, cornstarch, and water. Whisk until the cornstarch is fully dissolved and the sauce is smooth.

Stir-fry the Vegetables
In a large pan or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped broccoli, carrot, bell pepper, snap peas, and zucchini. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Pour the prepared sauce over the stir-fried vegetables. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
