Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Arrange and Bake
Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.

Toss in Hot Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
Blue Cheese Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Use a fork to mash the blue cheese and mix everything until smooth.

Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
