Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Roast the Grapes

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the grapes on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until they are softened and starting to burst.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Crostini

While the grapes are roasting, slice the baguette into 1/2 inch slices. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Place them on another baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Crostini

Spread a generous amount of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice. Top with roasted grapes and drizzle with wildflower honey. If desired, sprinkle with fresh thyme for added flavor.
