Method

Italian Donuts

    Make the Dough

    In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, vanilla, and oil. Combine wet and dry ingredients.

    Fry the Donuts

    Heat oil in a deep pan. Drop spoonfuls of dough into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

    Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Raisin and Pine Nut Cookies

    Prepare the Dough

    Cream butter and sugar, add egg and mix well. Gradually add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, raisins, and pine nuts. Mix until combined.

    Bake the Cookies

    Scoop dough onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.

Chocolate Salami

    Melt Chocolate

    Melt dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.

    Stir in crushed biscuits, sugar, cocoa powder, nuts, and vanilla until combined.

    Form the mixture into a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.

Orange Almond Cake

    In a bowl, mix almond flour, sugar, eggs, orange zest, baking powder, and salt. Stir in melted butter.

    Pour batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes until golden.

Caramelized Chocolate

    In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves and turns golden.
