Method

Appetizer

  1. 1

    Prepare the Caprese Skewers

In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Skewers

Thread the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil onto small skewers or toothpicks. Arrange on a serving plate.

  3. 3

    Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze

Just before serving, drizzle the balsamic glaze over the skewers for an added flavor.

Main Course

  1. 4

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

  2. 5

    Make the Garlic Lemon Butter

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Squeeze in the juice of the lemon and add chopped rosemary.

  3. 6

    Cook the Chicken

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Pour the garlic lemon butter over the chicken and transfer to the oven.

  4. 7

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).

Dessert

  1. 8

    Make the Chocolate Ganache

In a saucepan over low heat, combine the heavy cream and chopped dark chocolate. Stir until smooth and fully combined.

  2. 9

    Add Vanilla

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Let it cool for a few minutes.

  3. 10

    Serve

Pour the ganache into serving dishes and top with fresh berries. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
