Pork Loin
Dinner Rolls
Method
Pork Loin
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- 2
Marinate the Pork Loin
Place the pork loin in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.
- 3
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 4
Roast the Pork Loin
Remove the pork loin from the marinade and place it in a roasting pan. Reserve the marinade for basting. Roast in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Baste the pork with the reserved marinade every 15 minutes.
- 5
Rest and Slice
Once cooked, remove the pork loin from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice into medallions and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Activate the Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over the top and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- 7
Make the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Add the melted butter, warm milk, egg, and the activated yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- 8
Knead the Dough
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 9
First Rise
Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- 10
Shape the Rolls
After the dough has risen, punch it down and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape each piece into a roll. Place on a greased baking sheet.
- 11
Second Rise
Cover the rolls with a cloth and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
