Prepare the Spinach
In a medium pot, bring a small amount of water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and blanch for about 2 minutes until wilted. Drain and cool, then chop coarsely.

Prepare the Artichokes
Drain and rinse the canned artichoke hearts. Chop them into small pieces.

Mix the Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use an electric mixer or a whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.

To the cream cheese mixture, add the chopped spinach, chopped artichokes, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
