Cucumber Disks
Crawfish Dip
Method
Cucumber Disks
- 1
Prepare the Cucumbers
Wash the cucumbers thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or impurities.
- 2
Slice the Cucumbers
Using a sharp knife, slice the cucumbers into 1/4 inch thick disks. Arrange them on a plate and sprinkle salt over the top. Let them sit for about 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
Crawfish Dip
- 3
Combine the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked crawfish tails, cream cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, garlic powder, lemon juice, hot sauce, paprika, and black pepper.
- 4
Mix the Dip
Using a hand mixer or a fork, blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no lumps and everything is well incorporated.
- 5
Chill the Dip
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
