Method
Prepare the Pork

Season the Pork
In a bowl, combine salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Rub this mixture all over the pork shoulder.

Prepare the Slow Cooker
Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and BBQ sauce on top of the pork.

Cook the Pork
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
Prepare the Dinner Rolls

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix in garlic powder.

Brush the Rolls
Place the dinner rolls on a baking sheet and brush the melted butter mixture over the top of each roll.

Bake the Rolls
Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Assemble the Sliders

Shred the Pork
Once the pork is done cooking, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.

Fill the Rolls
Cut each dinner roll in half and fill with a generous portion of shredded pork.

Add Toppings
Top with coleslaw and pickles if desired.
