Crust Preparation

Make the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Cut in the unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Gradually add the ice water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until the dough comes together. Do not overmix.

Shape the dough into a disc, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine fresh blueberries and raspberries.

Add granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the berries. Gently toss to coat the berries evenly.
