Remove the Japanese Wagyu A5 New York Strip from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking. This helps ensure even cooking.

Flip the Steak
Using tongs, flip the steak and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy (130°F for medium-rare).

Once cooked, remove the steak from the pan and place it on a cutting board. Tent it loosely with aluminum foil and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute.
