Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Ingredients

Wash and slice the tomato and onion into thin rings. Shred the iceberg lettuce and set aside.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

In a mixing bowl, take the ground beef and form it into 4 equal patties. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burgers

Toast the burger buns if desired. On the bottom half of each bun, spread 1 tablespoon of Bones burger sauce, followed by the cooked patty with melted cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato slices, onion rings, and a drizzle of yellow mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

French Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Heat Oil

In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  2. 6

    Cook Fries

Carefully add the frozen French fries to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-6 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

  3. 7

    Season Fries

Sprinkle with salt while fries are still hot to taste.
