Method
Steak Preparation
- 1
Season the Steak
Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and black pepper. Let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- 2
Sear the Steak
In a large cast-iron skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steaks and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Add garlic cloves and rosemary to the pan for flavor.
- 3
Lobster Tail Preparation
- 4
Prepare the Lobster
Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- 5
Season the Lobster
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- 6
Broil the Lobster
Preheat your broiler. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Garlic Butter Preparation
- 7
Make the Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
