Ingredients

SPECIALTY SANDOS
1. Prepare all fillings: rinse lettuce, cucumber, tomato; slice cucumber thin, slice tomato, thinly slice red onion, slice avocado; set sprouts aside.
2. Spread mayonnaise on the inner faces of both slices of sweet wheat bread.
3. Layer the bottom slice with cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese slices.
4. Add cucumber slices over the cheese.
5. Top with avocado slices.
6. Add sprouts over the avocado.
7. Place lettuce leaves over the sprouts.
8. Add tomato slices and red onion slices on top of the lettuce.
9. Finish the sandwich with the second slice of bread, mayo side down, to encase all fillings.
10. Slice the sandwich in half if desired and serve.
