Prepare the Croutons

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the bread into small cubes, approximately 1-inch in size.

Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Stir halfway through cooking.
Prepare the Caesar Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper.

Whisk the mixture until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Assemble the Salad

Prepare Lettuce
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves, then chop them into bite-sized pieces.

In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
