Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

In a large bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

Gradually add water to the dry mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms.

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off.

Place the battered florets evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine buffalo sauce and melted butter over medium heat, stirring until blended.

Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and toss it in the buffalo sauce until well coated.
