Prepare the Glass
Chill your champagne flute or glass in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing jug, combine 5 oz of pear nectar with 5 oz of prosecco. Stir gently to combine.

Pour the mixture into the chilled champagne flute, filling it to the rim. Optionally, garnish with a slice of pear or a sprig of mint.
