Preparation
1. Prepare the Vegan Tuna
In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork until chunky. Tear the nori sheets into small pieces and add to the bowl along with the vegan mayo, lemon juice, celery, red onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
