Prepare the Edamame
In a pot of boiling water, add the shelled edamame and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool.

Blend the Ingredients
In a food processor, combine the cooked edamame, tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

Serve
Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and serve with sliced cucumbers.
