1. Classic Edamame
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the edamame pods and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with Maldon sea salt and serve warm.
2. Spicy Edamame
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the edamame pods and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and transfer to a separate bowl. In a small mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, tamari, and togarashi. Drizzle the mixture over the warm edamame and toss well to coat. Serve immediately.
