Preparation
- 1
Prep the Spinach
Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water. Remove any tough stems. In a large pot, bring a small amount of water to a boil and blanch the spinach for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and chop finely.
- 2
Prepare the Artichokes
If using canned artichoke hearts, drain and chop them into small pieces. If using frozen artichokes, thaw them and chop them similarly.
- 3
Mix the Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix with a hand mixer or spatula until smooth and creamy.
- 4
Add Seasonings
Add the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and the chopped spinach and artichokes to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until well combined. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
