Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken halves dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- 2
Marinate Chicken
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Pour this mixture over the chicken and rub it into the meat, ensuring it's well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 3
Roast the Chicken
Place the marinated chicken halves, skin side up, on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- 4
Rest and Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. This will keep the meat juicy.
