Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

Add Gin
Pour 2 oz of Bluecoat Gin over the ice.

Mix in Tonic
Add 4 oz of Fever Tree Tonic Water to the glass.

Garnish with Lime
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice from one half into the drink. Use the other half as a garnish.

Stir and Serve
Gently stir the drink to combine the ingredients and enjoy your House Gin And Tonic!
